modular: Smaller & Pre-Assembled

M&W’s prefab buildings are designed to provide durability, convenience, and long-lasting security under a variety of applications. The popularity of a prefabricated and precast concrete building boils down to the ease of installation, customizable features, and economic return for the property owner.

Our options cover storage units, restrooms, dugouts, guardhouses, concessions, utility structures, and more. These buildings come fully outfitted from the plant prior to delivery.

Easi-Span: Larger & On-Site Assembly

M&W’s durable and secure prefab commercial buildings achieve clear-span widths of 20’, 24’, and 30' with lengths up to 100’. Prefabricated building heights are available from 8’ to 20’, and are designed for 165 mph wind loads (standard) and 60psf live loads.

This option features exclusive expandability; the length of your commercial building can be expanded whenever necessary, while maintaining the original integrity of its roof system.
